Cadent Financial Services Announces Senior Leadership Changes
Tom Konopiots Appointed CEO; John M. Murphy Joins Firm as
President
CHICAGO, IL - June 23, 2008 (INB) -- Cadent Financial
Services is pleased to announce that Tom Konopiots has been
appointed Chief Executive Officer and John M. Murphy has
joined the firm as President, effective June 16, 2008. Mr.
Konopiots is a founding Cadent Financial Services partner
who previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer,
replacing Ryman H. Flippen, II, who is pursuing external
interests, yet will remain involved with the Firm in an
advisory capacity.

Mr. Murphy has been an active member of the futures industry
for over 25 years, working at leading industry firms such as
Chase, Citibank, and most recently as the Head of North
America Exchange-Traded Derivatives for UBS and as Head of
ABN AMRO Inc., ABN AMRO's futures business acquired by UBS
in late 2006.
