Worn Free Shirts Outfit TV's Entourage; Hot Rock Tees on HBO Star Grenier Part of Apparel Company's Ever-Widening Appeal
High-Quality Tees Make Frequent Cameos on Emmy-Nominated
Series; Company Blog Spots Celebs in Shirts Inspired by
Lennon, Zappa, Others; Showcasing at Project in Vegas,

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - August 23, 2007 (INB) --
Worn Free, purveyor of top-quality, ultra-chic
rock 'n' roll T-shirts, is proud to adorn the torso
of Entourage star Adrian Grenier (and those of
myriad other celebrities) with its wares.
The licensed-apparel company's distinctive tees -
reproductions of shirts worn by rock stars like John
Lennon, Frank Zappa, Joan Jett, Debbie Harry, Joey
Ramone and others in famous photos, as well as of
classic images by some of the pop world's most celebrated
designers - have appeared in numerous episodes of HBO's hit
series, which was recently nominated for seven Emmy Awards.
As the show's protagonist, rising movie star Vincent Chase,
Grenier has been seen in such Worn Free designs as the
Zappa Radio Clyde shirt, the Lennon "You Are Here" and
Record Plant Studios shirts and the John Van Hamersveld
"Crazy World Ain't It" shirt, among others.
These and other designs can be viewed by visitors to
Worn Free's booth at the Project trade show in
Las Vegas August 28-30.
The seeming ubiquity of Worn Free attire isn't limited
to premium-cable comedies, however; these coveted cotton
creations have been seen of late on such celebs as Hitch
and Ghost Rider star Eva Mendes; Oscar-nominated actor
Ryan Gosling; supermodel Naomi Campbell; Ratatouille
voice, King of Queens co-star and standup sensation
Patton Oswalt; ER's John Stamos; Pearl Jam singer Eddie
Vedder; and members of such bands as The Jesus and Mary
Chain, The All American Rejects, Marilyn Manson, Travis
and Kaiser Chiefs.
Said shirts have also been spotlighted in such
publications as People, Entertainment Weekly and,
of course, Germany's lifestyle magazine Prinz, which
praised Worn Free's "T-Shirts mit Musikgeschichte"
(for the Teutonically challenged, that means "with
music history").
Worn Free co-hosted a booth with Virgin Megastore at
California's literally hot Coachella festival last May,
and artists like Amy Winehouse, Ghostface Killah,
Stephen Marley, Rufus Wainwright, DJ Shadow and others
showed up to do signings.
Celebrity shirt sightings and kindred developments are
chronicled faithfully on the irreverent Worn Free blog,
which can be found at www.wornfree.vox.com.
