New Qtags Services Allows Customers to Vote On Favorites and Download Coupons From Their Mobile Phones

Partnership with StudioIMC Provides Cool Options For Advertisers Seeking More 'Pull' With Consumers

HOUSTON, TX - May 25, 2006 (INB) -- Advertisers looking for more interactivity with key audiences can quickly and easily add participation through two new text-messaging features from qtags and StudioIMC.

"Everyone is searching for ways to encourage consumers to 'opt-in' and interact with their brands," says Allison Gower, qtags' president and co-founder. "Our two new services - IMCVote™ and IMCoupon™ - are low-cost, can be set up quickly and offer 'pull' components that make interactivity fun and rewarding for the consumer."

qtags' IMCVote invites interaction by allowing consumers to answer surveys or fun questions posed in advertising by texting a keyword to qtags' 78247 (q-t-a-g-s) shortcode.

Responses are collected and tallied by StudioIMC and formatted for real-time viewing on HTML or mobile-optimized websites, digital billboards and on-location screens. Advertisers can even reward participants with give-aways such as ringtones or mobile phone wallpapers.

qtags' IMCoupon gives consumers the power to receive instant promotional offers on their mobile phones by responding to a "text now for a special offer" call to action.

When consumers text the specified word to qtags' 78247 shortcode, they immediately receive a return text with the advertisers' choice of discount message - a promo code for use immediately, or a web link to access coupons to bookmark or to print for future use.

In addition, technology partner StudioIMC can create a variety of websites (HTML, mobile-optimized or WAP) that enable advertisers to provide customers with a view of searchable and printable coupon offers.
