Mamma.com Provides Web Search for internet.com Users
The Mother of All Search Engines Partners with the Internet's Leading

MONTREAL, Canada - November 15, 2001 (INB) -- Mamma.com, The Mother Of
All Search EnginesTM, has signed a commerce partner agreement with
internet.com, a division of INT Media Group, Incorporated (NASDAQ: INTM)
to provide World Wide Web search functionality on InternetNews.com and
EarthWeb.
internet.com will now have a "Search the Web" option on the sites
mentioned above. When an internet.com user chooses "Search the Web", the
user is linked to a Mamma.com search result page and has the option to
continue searching or return to internet.com. For internal searches,
internet.com will continue to display its own proprietary content.
